Shipping Information:
Most orders are processed during the day of purchase. If order was placed after 5pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), it will be processed on the next business day. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Most items will arrive between 5 to 7 business days. Only orders within the continental US will be accepted.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns and requests for refunds will only be accepted up to (5) days after the customer receives the order. Returns for a full refund will only be granted if the item is unopened. If opened only an exchange for the same item or item of the same value will be granted. When requesting a refund please contact us at ngcity@ymail.com for return address and return instructions. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check. Please expect 7 to 14 business days for it to arrive.

One prize per customer. Winners will be chosen via posted contest rules or via the completion of the posted goals (purchase or timed response). Most prizes are selected at random. Prizes ship seperately. Rules are subject to change without warning. *All information collected is strictly for business purposes. NO personal informaion will be redistributed or sold to any one.
Give Aways (Rules):
One prize per customer regardless of the quantity of your order. The Prize will be a game of equal value to the game you purchased according to www.nationalgamecity.com's posted prices. In the case of multiple items the Prize will be a game of equal value to the most expensive game in your order according to www.nationalgamecity.com's posted prices. If the item is on back order we will retain funds for 15 says in order to fill your order. We will notify you when the items have shipped as well as your prize. If we cannot fill the order, we will refund you fully and still mail your prize to you free of any charges including shipping. Prizes only apply to orders containing at least one (1) video game. Give Aways do not apply to any products listed under the "Game Consoles" "Accessories" "Portable Gaming Hardware" or "Pre-Order" sections. Prizes in a give away usually ship with your order.
